Service Fusion vs Contractor Autopilot

Service Fusion is $245 Starter / $382 Plus / $627 Pro per month on monthly billing, unlimited users — and it is one piece of your business. Contractor Autopilot is $149–$499/mo flat for the whole company, unlimited users: one source of truth, 60+ features from the missed call to the paid invoice. No integrations to build, nothing to keep in sync.

What Service Fusion does well

Flat pricing with unlimited users is genuinely contractor-friendly, and the core dispatch and invoicing work.

Best for: Companies that want unlimited users on a flat plan and mostly need dispatch and invoicing.

Where it leaves you exposed

  • The interface is dated and the mobile app is the weak point for crews in the field.
  • No marketing side at all — no website, no Google profile, no reviews, no social.
  • No AI anywhere: no estimating help, no answering, no follow-up writing.

One app for the whole business — finally

Dispatch and invoicing in one box, and the whole growth side of the business in four others.

1
source of truth, unlimited users

The call, the lead, the quote, the job, the invoice, the review and the website all live on the same customer record. Your whole crew and your office get their own login — we never charge per seat.

60+
features, five stages

Get found, capture leads, quote & close, run jobs, get paid — the whole business, not one slice of it.

0
integrations to build

No Zapier, no CSV exports, no paying a consultant to wire your tools together every time something changes.

The time it gives you back

No re-keying between the job system and the marketing tools, and quotes get built from a photo instead of from scratch.

What it really costs to run Service Fusion

Until now, nobody ran a contracting business on one app. Here is the rest of the bill you are still paying.

Answering service$300+/mo
Website + hosting$50–$300/mo
Review + social tool$50–$150/mo

Contractor Autopilot — all of it, one bill$149–$499/mo

What it costs at 1, 5 and 10 people

Their price grows with your crew. Ours does not — every plan is unlimited users, so the tenth hire costs you nothing in software.

Just you$382/mo$850/mo$1,232/mo$499/mo

10 people$382/mo$850/mo$1,232/mo$499/mo

At five people that is $1,232 a month — more than Autopilot Pro — and it still does not answer your phone, build your website, or ask your customers for reviews.

Same money buys the whole business instead of one slice of it: 60+ features across all five stages, unlimited users, one bill.

Service Fusion column uses their published list price, read 20 August 2026. "What it doesn't include" is the same basket every time: answering service ~$300, website and hosting ~$150, reviews and social ~$100, local SEO help ~$300. Our column is Autopilot Pro at $499/mo — everything, unlimited users. Starter is $149 and Autopilot is $399.

The honest verdict

Same flat-price idea as us, half the business. Service Fusion runs the work; it does nothing to bring the work in.

We aren't for everyone

Stay on Service Fusion if any of this is you. We would rather lose the sale than take money from a contractor we make worse off.

  • Your QuickBooks Desktop sync is the reason it is installed.
  • Your books live in QuickBooks Desktop. Our QuickBooks connection is not live in production yet, and there is no two-way Desktop sync coming. Do not break month-end for a website.
  • You run 10 or more techs with memberships, commission plans and a real dispatch board. That is ServiceTitan's job. We would be a downgrade and we will say so.
  • You are mid-contract. What you still owe on a term deal is real money, not sunk cost — put us on your renewal date instead of paying two bills.
  • You already have more leads than you can work and only need to send invoices. A bundle you do not use is not a saving.

None of that you? Then the rest of this page is worth your ten minutes.

Questions contractors ask

Is Contractor Autopilot a Service Fusion alternative?

Yes, and with the same unlimited-users, flat-price approach — plus the AI receptionist, website, reviews and AI estimating that Service Fusion does not have.
